[Interview conducted by Tony D. on October 30, 2000]

TD: What's your real name, and what gimmicks have/do you use?

CT: My real name is Chris Tidwell. I have always used the Notorious T.I.D.
    gimmick.

TD: What height/weight are you?

CT: 6'4" and 275 lbs.

TD: What circuits do you currently wrestle in?

CT: I wrestle for whoever puts money in my pocket. I am not under any kind
of contract so being an Indy wrestler, I can pretty much go wherever.

TD: What circuits have you wrestled in?

CT: Ontario, B.C., Maritimes, Michigan, New York.

TD: What titles have you held?

CT: HWF tag-team title, HWF hardcore title, ECCW hardcore title.

TD: When did you decide to become a wrestler?

CT: When I was a kid at an AWA show in my home town of Las Vegas, I
witnessed a match between Jimmy Snuka and Col. DeBeers at the Showboat
Hotel and pretty much knew right then that I wanted to be a wrestler.

TD: And how did you get started?

CT: I finally got hooked up with a group of guys who were training in this
little gym in Burlington, Ontario and started learning the basics and
after that I moved to another school to learn more of the same.

TD: Who has been the biggest influence on your career?

CT: Tough to say because I am one of those guys that marches to the beat
    of his own drum.

TD: What has been the greatest moment of your career?

CT: I think the biggest moment of my career is still to come because
things always seem to get better all the time.

TD: Who are/were you trained by? What kind of athletic background do you
have before you became a wrestler?

CT: I started with straight collegiate and freestyle wrestling when I was
a kid in Junior High School and High School. Then I was trained by a
couple of different guys for Pro Wrestling. Waldo vonErich was one of
them and most of the rest was done with fellow wrestlers.

TD: Who is your favorite wrestler to work with in the ring?

CT: I could pick different guys for different reasons, like Kurrgan for
his sheer size, Bill Skullion and Moondog Manson for the hardcore stuff
and guys like Jamie Jackson for chain wrestling.

TD: Any major enemies? If so, who, and why?

CT: In this business you try not to make too many enemies just because you
never know what locker room you could end up in or who could be allies
to help get you signed to a bigger deal.

TD: In which promotion are you the most over?

CT: Probably HWF right now.

TD: Do you ever consider working in the WWF, WCW or ECW if they are
    interested in your talent?

CT: Of course. Who wouldn't.

TD: If you had to pick WWF, WCW or ECW, where would you go and why?

CT: any of the three would be great for me but if I had to choose it would
be WWF just because of the money factor.

TD: Do you have a computer? If so, what do you think of the reporters and
    sheet writers on the internet?

CT: I think everyone has a place in the business and the writers can
contribute to the success of the wrestlers but unfortunately there are
only a few writers who actually research what they write about.

TD: Do you have a college degree or any other higher education?

CT: I passed up a scholarship to USC for music to play in a band when I
was younger so to answer your question, no.

TD: Any advice you'd give a wannabe wrestler?

CT: Don't think for one second that you can just get a deal with the big
time right away. Get proper training and be patient. If you think that
you choose the business, think again. The business will choose you if
    you are the right stuff.

TD: Any final comments for the readers?

CT: Thanks for all the support and be sure to check out as many shows in
your area as possible because you never know what kind of talent could
    be out there.
