November 8, 2000] TD: What's your real name, and what gimmicks have/do you use? Angel: My real name is Angel M.....a. The only gimmicks I've used have been Spanish Angel and the one I use now. TD: What height/weight are you? 6'2", 280 lbs. TD: What circuits do you currently wrestle in? Angel: Whoever wants to hire me, technically. With my busy schedule, I don't really have time for anything other than ECW. TD: What circuits have you wrestled in? Angel: NCW, WUW, USA Pro, LIWF, etc., etc... TD: What titles have you held? Angel: "King of the Streets". TD: When did you decide to become a wrestler? Angel: When I was 14. TD: And how did you get started? Angel: I went to the Unpredictable School of Pro Wrestling. TD: Who has been the biggest influence on your career? Angel: The Midnight Express and Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard. TD: What has been the greatest moment of your career? Angel: Getting into ECW and getting on pay-per-view. TD: Who are/were you trained by? What kind of athletic background do you have before you became a wrestler? Angel: I was trained by the Unpredictable Johnny Rodz, in Brooklyn, New York. I used to be a football player, in high school. TD: Who is your favorite wrestler to work with in the ring? Angel: I really enjoyed working with Mike Awesome and Kid Kash and RVD. You know what, fuck it, the whole ECW locker room. TD: Any major enemies? If so, who, and why? Angel: Big Vito, King of the Assholes. TD: In which promotion are you the most over? Angel: I really only work for ECW, so it would have to be there. TD: Do you ever consider working in the WWF, WCW or ECW if they are interested in your talent? Angel: Well, first of all, I'm already in ECW, but if WWF or WCW offers me a deal, it never hurts to hear 'em out. TD: If you had to pick WWF, WCW or ECW, where would you go and why? Angel: First of all, I'm in ECW, but if I had to pick, I'd go with whoever would pay me the most. TD: Do you have a computer? If so, what do you think of the reporters and sheet writers on the internet? Angel: I really don't have an opinion about them, I just read it. TD: Do you have a college degree or any other higher education? Angel: Oh yeah, I got my GED, and some college. TD: Any advice you'd give a wannabe wrestler? Angel: Stick it out, it's a tough business. TD: Any final comments for the readers? Angel: Yeah, when you're stuck in a crowded room, and you feel that nothing's going right, always do what I do, just hit on another man's wife.
